One Capitol Square houses classrooms, faculty office and computational laboratory space for the VCU School of Public Health departments of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Policy and Social and Behavioral Sciences. It also houses the VCU Center on Society and Health and the administrative offices of MCV Physicians. The VCU Office of Continuing Medical Education, which is operated by University Health Services Professional Education Programs, is also located in the building as are a variety of departments of VCU Medical Center.

Bus Transit
-GRTC Transit System now offers free rides to VCU, State employees, and VCU students. Just show your GRTC pass issued by VCU to the bus operator.
-RAMsafe is for VCU students and employees for rides within VCU jurisdiction after 5pm. Call 804.828.7233
-At this time, the GRTC bus fares are waived for non-VCU employees, non-State employees, and non-VCU students.
-Bus trips for the GRTC/GRTC Pulse can be found and planned on the GRTC website (http://ridegrtc.com/planning-your-trip), the GRTC Transit Company App, or on Google Maps (using the bus option).
-The closest GRTC bus stops: 9th & Main St., 9th & Cary St., 8th & Main St., and 10th & Main St.
-The closest GRTC Pulse bus stop: the Government Center Station (Broad & 9th Street)
Street Parking
Parking times may be prohibited between the times of 7am to 9am, and 4pm to 6pm. There is free parking after 6pm. Street parking is limited to either 1-hour parking or 2-hour parking. Please be sure to check for parking meters and street signs, to avoid getting a ticket. Parking meters accept coins, cash, credit and debit cards, at $2.00 per hour. Be sure to have your license plate number to pay at the parking pay station.
